Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all the terms and services belowMay be subject to change

General

  • I have the right to refuse and decline a commission

  • Disrespectful and toxic behavior as well as violations of these terms from the commissioner are grounds for cancellation

  • The commissions are based on a waitlist. The first commission will take priority no matter the complexity

◼ To secure a slot, please provide a 50% down payment

  • Please allow at least a week or two for the commission to be completed. If any complications arise, I will keep you updated and will try to give you another estimate of how long the commission will take

  • I will NOT draw explicit NSFW or offensive media.

  • I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes so please refrain from uploading the commission to AI sites

  • NFT usages are forbidden

Payment and Refunds

  • Venmo and Paypal (U.S. currency only)

  • A 50% down payment is required for a commission to formally be made. Any discussion with me BEFORE the down payment does not automatically equate a commission

  • The commissioner has a week to pay the full price after the artwork is completed. If a situation arises, please contact me to discuss a new arrangement

  • Refunds will only be given if the artwork is still in the earlier stages of completion (sketch or line art). Once in the flat color phase, I will no longer provide refunds

  • If I am unable to complete a commission, I will provide a full refund

Art

  • Please provide references or a rough sketch of the commission. Do not worry about the skill of the sketch. I just need an idea of what the commissioner exactly wants

◼ A mood board will be greatly appreciated: a reference sheet, the pose wanted, as well as backgrounds (if any), or overall aesthetic.
◼ If none are applicable, please provide a detailed description of the commission.
◼ An exception to this term is if I am already familiar with the character(s)

  • I will inform the commissioner when the art process for their commission has begun. I will also be providing WIPs every step of the way, unless told otherwise

  • Up to two major revisions. Any additional revisions will result in a 25-50% fee on top of the original price depending on the complexity of the changes

Copyright

  • I retain all the rights to the artwork. For personal use ONLY unless previously discussed and agreed upon. With proper credits, the commissioner is allowed to post the art.

◼ When posting the art and the watermark is hidden, the commissioner must find a way to credit me

  • The commissioner is NOT allowed to claim the art as their own

  • As the creator, I have the right to promote myself and post the commission where I see fit.
